One site. Three layers.
What you see.
Design, front-end, and the functions visitors interact with. This is the part most quotes are actually pricing — and the part that breaks first when it’s the only part that was paid for.
What it stands on.
Domain, hosting, SSL, backups — the foundation. Disclosed plainly, because a $150 quote that doesn’t cover this isn’t a discount. It’s a site with no foundation.
Whether anyone finds it.
SEO and optimization — the reach. A well-built, well-hosted site that nobody can find is a building that doesn't exist.
The only part of your business that works while you don’t.
A website is the one asset that keeps presenting you, answering questions, and getting found at 2am on a Sunday — beyond working hours and beyond geography.
Built for businesses that must display trust before the product.
If your business depends on someone deciding to trust you before they meet you — restaurants, transfers, contractors, brands, professional services — the website carries that decision. If you’re selling exclusively through a marketplace or platform that already does this for you, a standalone site may not be the priority. We tell you which, before we build anything.
Signals it’s time.
You’re launching, rebranding, or your current site no longer represents the business you’ve become. Competitors are easier to find than you are. You’re relying on a social media page as your only online presence. Or the site exists, but nobody — including you — is sure who’s hosting it or when the domain expires.

Scope it yourself.
Select what you need. The range updates live. A real quote follows once we review your specifics — this gives you a defensible starting point before that conversation.
Managed hosting is billed annually after delivery. The estimate below shows the first-year total.

Preliminary estimate only — not a fixed quote. Final scope, applicable taxes, and third-party costs are confirmed in writing before any work begins. Every project is reviewed individually.
Before you ask.
What does the work plan look like?
Every project follows an eight-stage plan adapted from construction methodology — from strategic definition through to operation and maintenance. No templates. Each stage is confirmed before the next begins, and nothing advances without sign-off.
Can you redesign an existing site rather than build from scratch?
Yes. Redesigns follow the same three-layer audit — we assess the current Shell, Infrastructure, and Location before touching anything. Sometimes the foundation needs replacing, sometimes only the façade does.
I already have a domain and hosting. Do I still need Infrastructure?
Not necessarily. If your current hosting is appropriate for the build, we work with it. We’ll assess it during scoping. If it isn’t suitable, we’ll tell you plainly before recommending a change.
How long does a build take?
A standard static build takes 2–4 weeks from brief to delivery. Dynamic or e-commerce builds typically run 4–8 weeks. Timeline is confirmed at scoping — not a guess, a commitment.
Do you handle ongoing maintenance after launch?
Yes, under managed hosting. Minor content updates and uptime monitoring are included. New features or structural changes are scoped and billed separately — you’ll always know what something costs before it’s done.
Why doesn’t the $150 option work?
Domain registration alone runs $50–100 for two years. Hosting worth having runs $200–300/yr. A $150 total quote either doesn’t include these — meaning you’ll be billed separately or get free shared hosting that breaks — or it’s a template someone is reselling. Neither is a website. It’s the appearance of one.
Why do you take on a limited number of projects?
By choice, not constraint. Direct management requires actual presence in every project — which doesn't scale without compromising it. If we're at capacity when you reach out, we'll tell you the wait time honestly.
Let’s scope it properly.
